Broken keyless entry/steering too
Which fuse is the keyless entry? I can't seem to get the truck to go into program mode. Truck is an '02 lariat so it should have keyless if I am thinking right. Has every other option. The other problem is, when i am stopped regardless of whether my foot is on the brake or not, the steering wheel wont' turn more than 1/4 turn. Then it gets really difficult to turn. Hydroboost brakes. I realize if your foot is on the brake it will be more difficult to steer, but this doens't seem right. Sounds like a pump issue or steering box?

Yes, we figured that because of the hydroboost.
I'd change the fluid then see how it behaves.
As for the fuse....per the manual at

you should be examining fuse 102 and maybe fuse 19.

I was thinking that if your tires were too wide, then they may be over-powering the power steering pump (at idle). If you still have access to the stock wheels/tires you could throw them back on the front to see if it makes a difference.
I don't know about the keyless entry.

I tried idling up the motor and it still won't turn the tires. Don't have the original tires anymore. If i start to roll really slowly the wheel turns fine, just stopped regardless of brake input.
