Can't get my Thorley's in stock

Pulling my hair out! Ordered a set for V10 Ex from AutoAnything over a month ago. (which by the way they debited my card without shipping anything) They keep telling me there is an issue at Thorley. Thorley won't respond. When you go to Thorley site and ADD TO CART, your cart is empty - can't buy them even from the factory. Was supposed to get this done over Thanksgiving for the 1000 mile Xmas road trip. Searched threads, apparently this poor ordering from them has been going on since a post in 2004. They don't like Ford? Can't believe a company like that would have such poor customer service - like they really don't care if you buy from them or not. Any ideas? Don't want another brand. Can't afford Banks

Thorley subs out most of the headers I believe. Summit says 12/28 ship date on their site.

Thorleys customer service isn't so great when I dealed with them. AntelopeV10 didn't have any luck with the customer service either. Its too bad, its a good header which wakes the V10 up quite a bit.

Thanks Antelope.

I'll try the the more personal contact method and see where that gets me.

Wish they would be upfront about the delivery so you can plan around it. I get it - can't justify stocking some items until the backorders are there. Make that known and I could have planned for it. Had to park the wife's summer car when the snow came this week and warm up the manifold gap on the truck a little more each morning instead.

Anyone know if there is a store that may have them in stock? I searched and contacted some but no luck yet.

That's a pretty crappy way to run an online store.

My shop won't charge a customer's card until ready to ship. In the case of backorders, we'll let the customer know and let them cancel or wait.

Backorders do happen, it's beyond the retailer's control. They can control how they handle them. And leaving a charge on the customer's card indefinetly is bad business.

Did they offer a refund?
