Trailer Wiring Issues - Help Please

I have a 06 E350 Chateu Van with the Quigley 4x4 Conversion. Been towing my boat using a 7 to 4 pin adapter and everything was great. I purchased a car hauler and had a brake controller installed. Hooked up the trailer and all was well for a couple hundred miles. Then I lost all lights on the trailer, but the trailer electric brakes still work properly and when I press the manual brake lever on the brake controller the brakes test properly. Just no lights at all. I have already checked the fuses and they are fine. I have also tried testing it without the brake controller attached and still no lights. All lights work properly on the van, but not on the trailer. I have the pin out for the 7 pin connector and was wondering if it could simply be tested with a test light or do I need a meter? Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Could the relays in the power box under the hood be the problem. Just seems strange because it would be multiple relays gone bad at the same time. Any help is appreciated.

Fuses for the trailer lights are in the fuse box under the hood. I would check there first then check the grounds to the trailer.

If power is there at the connector, problem is in the trailer/ The car hauler should have a fuse panel. Sounds to me as if you blew a fuse on the trailer.
