An all terrain tire like the BF AT or the goodyear wrangler silent armor can give you better winter time traction. If you never go off road and do alot of highway driving you may find them to be louder than your highway tires though.

Go with the KUMHO AT tires, they are way better than BFG and the other name brands. Excellent performance in the mud, snow and rain, quiet ride and long life to boot! You can't go wrong with these!
