Continuing EGR Problems

About 16 months ago I got codes for EGR flow problems. On the advice of the forum, I replaced the DPFE sensor which members said was usually the root cause. Good advice, because I haven't seen the code again until the last couple of days. Now, I'm getting P0401 and P0402 at the same time. Since I've already replaced the DPFE, is the EGR valve now DOA? Apreciate your thoughts.

It is probably the DPFE sensor again. I have replaced mine 4 times and it has always been the 401 and 402 codes on at the same time.

did you get the dpfe from ford?

do you have the updated part?

The latest one I got is the black bodied one. The previous ones have been Ford and aftermarket. It seems not to make any difference.

Thanks for the reply. I got my DPFE from Autozone online, also the black body.
