Force mufflers

has anyone run/heard the Force brand mufflers on a smallblock? they are from what i can tell almost exactly like flowmaster 40's only half the price. i was wondering how they sounded in comparison to the 40 series?

exactly the same...

I was told that Flowmaster's patent on the 40 series ran out so now everyone is ripping them off.
