Turbo Surge
When towing a load, at what psi do you guys usually ecounter turbo surge with a stock turbo? Also, if you have a chip, what power level are you running it in? I guess i may be looking into a WW here soon or an ATS housing.

In my truck pulling a grade with my box traler or anything with it in the 80 horsepower race setting on my edge i am in overdrive and around 65 mph if i try to push it much over 11 to 12 psi it starts to do it real bad. If i am going faster or down shift it and get the rpms up it doesn't seem to do it all.

Don't operate in a surge condition, it will wear out your turbo bearing. I know, because I had to replace my turbo because of doing it before I learned better.
