Engine roar

I have one more question,

I have a 2001 Ford F-150 5.4 litre with 111.000 kms, On hot days when im towing either my boat or travel trailer if i stop for some reason when i begin to travel again i hear a loud roar from under my hood and then when i slack back on the gas the roar goes away is this normal?

Probably is the fan engaging and that would be normal.

yeah prolly just your fan kicking in to try to keep the engine cool, while your going slow or sitting still

It's your fan engaging. Mine has come on every now and then in city driving when it's really warm out.
