Actually not quite..

EPS is normal blow out..

Fill Label was a TSB, so that was probably changed due to puking.. More then likely brought it in because of that, they lowered the bottle and put the new label on, said try that and come back..

Water Pump Pulley, no big winner there.. Just another part that got funky..

Headgaskets, Oil Cooler and Bottle Cap sounds like the puking still continued so the dealer said screw it, we'll going all the way and just replacing it all.. Not a big worry..

IPR and the HPOP.. Could be fuel delivery issue.. or constant loss of OP over time..

If it was me.. I would get it.. As long as my visual inspection came out good.. If it looks sloppy then it's probably been treated sloppy..

Get the truck and you will be gold. Ur lucky because someone else had to deal with those issues. Now you can enjoy it knowing the typical problems have been adressed. I agree with Storm that if it looks beat on it was beat on. I baby my truck and it shows. Look in the door jambs, look under the bedliner to see if its covering an old fifth wheel install, check the bed rails, look at the suspension parts for odd rust (mud staying on for extended periods from wheelin). Go over that truck like your gonna marry it. If all is satifactory get it and enjoy it.
