A/C controls not working

A/C controls not working
I have a question I hope someone can help me with. I have a 2005 F150. Got in the truck this AM and tried turning the A/C on...nothing. The entire control panel is dead the rear deforster won't even turn on. Checked the fuse panel nothing blown there. Any ideas before I take it to the dealer and get charged a arm and leg?

It is the manual style controls or the automated one? If it's the automated style, I bet the control unit is gone, that's what you use to select a/c on so on.
How many miles on your truck? If you're under the 3yr/36,000 mile mark, the truck is still under warranty even if you are not the original owner.
