fx4 queston
I have an 04 fx4 and unlike everybody says in these forums, it has 17" rims on it. All my buddies at work have the 18's but i dont. Everything else about the truck is fx4 so i no its not just flying fake badges. Does anybody else know of 17's coming on the fx4??

already been answered, but i assumed the same thing you did after reading the forums. i was all excited i had 18's so i could buy tires first, then some nice wheels. i then found out mine were 17's also.

well 18's would be nice but i think the 17's will work fine with the level kit if i ever get it installed. I want to run 305's when i get the level kit and it should look good. is there a diffrence between 315's on 17's and 315's on 18's??? Im not to familiar with tires except what people tell me.

the height should remain the same, but the sidewall will be shorter with the 18's. i dont mind the 17's either, but it seems everyone is running aftermarket 18's and kinda seems to be what looks best (but then again, you dont see many with 17's).
