Introduction
Hey,

I'm the fleet manager for a large fleet of Ford diesels in Western Canada and thought I would join to bounce questions off folks and look for resources.

That`s a neat job to be a fleet manager for a large fleet of Ford diesels.

Its alright,

It is the drivers of the 450 trucks that are tough to look after.
