adjusting rocker arms

is there any special procedure to torquing the bolts on my rockers? i have a 1979 400 with hydraulic lifters and stock rocker arms. i'm replacing all the bolts tho. also what should i torque them to? around 25ft lbs?

IIRC the actual value is 22 ftlbs? but yeah, you just snug'em down to spec and your done, unless you want to get into setting the preload correctly.
