Just a few days ago while driving I wondered what the loud scraping noise was...sounded like I was dragging something down the road. I was...it was the remains of my rusted-in-half nerf bar. My Westins are about 6 yrs old...the one is still OK, so I guess I'm stuck with that brand unless I want to replace both.

Shouldn't these last longer than that? Any better brand choices?

 

Doesn't really suprise me if you live in an area that uses salt on the roads. The normal Westin steps don't seem to hold up to it that well. The stainless steel ones seem to be much better.
