Help with code please

Hello, i have a 2001 crew srw 7.3 automatic and pulled my codes and I have this one PO 603. It says internal Ctrl Mod KAM error. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

PS I have the super Chips 1700 tuner installed.

This is a common code for a PSD with a programer. There is no problem.
