Well once again I had a few beers and looked for some mud (it's been pretty dry here)... Needless to say a found some... I put some pics up in the gallery if you want to check out my old beater...
Before you get all carried away... I have 200 acres of land with trails that are all at the property I live at.... MY property, 100% legal NO PUBLIC ROADS... I guess I should have added that to the post... No I don't get on the public roads when drinking... I have had an OWI before and that was enough to make me quit...
The little pond I got stuck in is about 1/4 mile from my house by woods trail, I dug it a few years back to keep that part of the trail dry... And the truck was purposely driven into it... That's what 4X4 lifts and tires on a beater are for...(my opinion)...
But I guess if drinking and trail riding is bad in your eyes, I apologize... Maybe I should take my beer holder off of my lawn mower too....

Nice stuck, at that angle you must have spilled your beer.
No I never spilled my beer, but I lost my pedals, my feet were on the hump to hold me up... It was a fun time, put the old truck in low 2, idle around the woods until you find some mud and try it out... This was the first time I got stuck though...
200 acres I dont see anything wrong with it, Hell my dad drinks and farms, he seems to be ok, has had the tractor in a few odd places but oh well. Nice stick BTW
Personally, I think that if he wants to endanger himself by drinkin' and wheelin' then more power to him. Now if there were other people out there whose lives he was jeopardizing then that's a different story. Personally I'd rather be sober when wheeling so I can get the full effect, and hopefully not break my truck. To each his own I guess. Nice pics Rockstar.
LOL, The lawn usually turns out ok (2 achers of lawn too)... Boy this thread is making me look like a drunk... I do wheel sober too... Actually the local mud bogs here in WI just made the boggers not drink about 5 years ago... I like to play in the mud when I wheel (or I call it mud-run) I don't like to see how fast I can go through it, unless I'm competing at a mud bog...
You know, I have been at this site for almost 8 years, I post a little and read alot... This is the first time I have ever been slammed with stupidity threads... Around here having a few beers and doing some wheeling out in the woods is a pass-time not just done by me. I'm sure there are a lot others on this site that do it as well...
But that's how *********s and opinions are a like... everybody's got one...
I think some of us and ME assumed that your drinking and boggin or finding a place to
play ment you had to get there by the way of a public road, but being in your own
back yard, well I would say go for it, if your the only one that could get hurt, shoot
I used to do the same on my meer 20 acres 2 of which was an island. And being from
the northwest I never had trouble finding mud or the river beach at the end of our
dike, were we would of course have dike parties.
