tailgate handle

I bought a tailgate handle for my 2000 F-350, but had to rebuy one cause the one I got didn't have a lock in it. What years will that tailgate handle fit? Will it fit any other ford model too? It is going on E-bay so any help to be as accurate as possible will help.

P.S. this info is for the wife guys so help me out here she is the one listing it while I am in Iraq.

Your tailgate handle will fit Super Duty trucks 99-07 and F150 trucks 97-03.

Maybe I am reading into the question, but I am confused. Do you want to know what year and truck will "that" handle fit.

Is "that" handle the one with or without the lock?
