This maybe irrelivent but I have a savage muzzleloader and it is designed for smokeless powder some states don't allow smokeless powder during muzzleloader season so some people use triple 7 in there guns and was having a lot of trouble with the breechplug getting stuck from the (carbon buildup) from the triple 7. Just a little forehand information. The breechplug looks like the same design as the sparkplugs on the 04-07 5.4s, Nipple past threads and that is what was getting stuck just like our sparkplugs. To fix the problem they wrap the nipple and threads with pink teflon tape and then applied anti-seize over the teflon tape and the problem went away. I don't know if this will work or not but its an idea.
I think several people have used the anti-seize when installing new plugs...haven't heard what the results were on pulling them back out.
The teflon sounds like a good idea from a "slippery" standpoint. My two main concerns would be that it might be too slippery - at least initially - and let the plug back out. Number two would be that it would insulate the plug from ground and cause misfires.
But still, neat idea...might be worth a shot. Maybe even if you only wrapped a few of the threads. That would still allow the plug to retain some torque when it is first applied and a good path to ground for the spark, but maybe not get totally stuck when it's time to pull out.
