headlight haze

there is a brand of cleaner called Plexis. It is a plastic cleaner and works great for any clear plastic material. Hope this helps.

Meguiars PLASTX is formulated for removing haze from headlamps, but good old tube toothpaste works just as well...or better.

Paraphrased old ad slogan:

You'll wonder where the yellow went, when you scrub your headlamps with Pepsodent.

Thumbs up

There is a polymer coating that can be purchased at oil change places for about $70. They sand down the lense and paint on the coating. It seals the plastic so that it will not yellow out from uv light rays. The plastic is "corroding" or breaking back down to it's original for when it yellows from exposure. these polymers don't break down from the sunlight. Usually, if they do the work it's a lifetime warranty. Made by Goodyear.
