picky gp relay
does the glow plug relay have rotating contacts? heres the issure i have random glowplugs,controler is bypassed i can hear the relay pull in but i will have to toggle the switch too many times to get the plugs to fire

Never use a toggle switch always use a Push button.......held on too long is the cause for burning out the GPs. Ensure there is a VERY good ground......... Check all the GPs with a test light....... What brand GPs are they...........Beru Motorcraft......the only ones to use.........Azone $9
If you have the solid state system what was wrong with it to cause you to bypass it..... it is the best system available.
