Identify Year Model Part Please...

The shape of the axle flange is key. It is a rear disc set-up.
It concerns a thread in my home forum having to do with disc brake conversions using explorer on 8.8 axles for mid 90s F-series. A subject that despite supposedly having been talked to death, no one seems to have any direct knowlege of, or links to.
Interior FTE search yields no results & neither do FTE specific Google.
And yes, I did PM the user, but got no reply.
Thanx, David

Otherwise I'm gonna have to resort to cruising parking lots which could be hazardous to my health...
Thanx again in advance,

You'll notice he (bossind) dosen't ID specificly what year & the only mention he makes of the year (in his gallery) is that he used 2 right side hose lines from a 98.
The above pic is of his Bronco's 8.8 sitting on a bench so that could be attributed to the differences in looks. I know that from 95up till (?) the flange is a roughly rounded diamond shaped flange, then changes sometime (98 til 02?) to the rounded rectangular flange common to the F-series.
I called Currie Enterprises tech line to ask about their Explorer to F series Rear disc conversion kit & was told that it is based on a 01 but requires upgrading to the "Torino Style" big bearing which I know was originaly 9-inch rear part. (Had no idea it could be adapted to an 8.8)
After multiple searches and numerous threads that dead end with no clear info, I'm begining to think that this conversion ranks right up there with other urban legends such as alligators in the NYC sewer system.
Thnx for your interest & response.
Dropped by the local Ford Parts counter the other day with the above pic & diagram of a Exp axle. Tried to time it when things were slow. (Didn't want to waste somebody's time when I wasn't buying.) Explained my conundrum & dude understood perfectly. In the time he had to fool with it, he deduced that 98-01 were different from what came before & changed in 02. Unfortunately only diagram he had did not show axle side veiw. And he had none in stock.
So if there is a 98-01 owner who is under the back of their rear DB vehicle this weekend & can verify this, a qiuck shout out would be appreciated.
