88 4x4 Extended Cab Fuel System Problems
Have replaced both tanks, selector valve, sending units and all three pumps over the last four years.
Started having trouble with the front tank fuel reading; pegged on full, jumping around, etc. Pulled the connector off of the pump and it was all distorted and cracked. Replaced the connector and everything seemed ok. Now, the rear tank is doing something similar; fuel gauge pegged and the truck died with 3/4 of a tank of gas.
Anyone know where I can get a new connector for the rear anti-lock brake sensor? Someone cut the wires off flush. How about connectors for the rear lights? Yep, someone before me go to them while wiring up for a trailer.
There are four wires going to the sending unit connector. Are two of them grounds? It also appears that if there is a break in the guage connection, it reads full and if it is grounded, reads empty.
Thanks for any and all help!

Pegged on "E" usually means a shorted wire to ground.
Note pegged on full or on "E" is a different reading then indicating full or "E".
Indicating “E” is a sunken float.
The Black wire goes to the frame of the sender and is used for the gauge ground.
