Do you know when it was last changed?

Some would say that if it has been too long, it's best to let sleeping dogs lie. The reason is that new fluid could loosen old deposits on the valves and seals. Those deposits either float through the tranny wreaking havoc or they were part of the seal of a particular valve or other part, and so there would not be tight-fitting parts any more and the tranny may not work.

Never been changed, I see what your saying but what if I use sea foam for the tran and then changed it after a day or 2 of being worked in. I know the stuff for the engine worked great for me noticeable difference in while running.
Has anyone tried it, does it work some what of the way the one for the engine works.
