I have a 94.5 F250. I was going to replace the trailer plug, but I noticed the old plug might be a factory installation. The wires have odd solid ends that slid into the existing plug, and the rubber boot that slides over the back of the plug has a Ford emblem on it.
I don't want to cut up the wires to use the generic plug I bought. Is there a replacement plug that will accept these existing wire ends?

If the original connector isn't corroded or damaged, there are plug in adaptors for various trailer connectors. Check with a local RV supplier. They can get pricy (~$30), but are much better than replacing the original connector and compromising the existing wiring.
