Question Please help quick

The tentioner pulley is making noise so I bought a new one. My car 99 escort zx2. How hard is the tentioner pulley to replace?, any tips?, does it have normal threads(right handed), or reverse(left handed) on the pulley bolt?
Thanks
Dustin

The bolt that holds the tensioner on should be a standard thread, right handed.

I guess I'm mechanically challanged. That BELT SCARES ME! I didn't do it. I took the splash covers off the bottom of the car and put a 13mm box end wrench on the tentioner and moved it, it was stiff, like it was sticking in spots but I worked the tentioner back and forth and it seem to "free" it up. If this is a complete tentioner problem i'm in HUGE trouble I can't even feel the bolts that hold the tentioner on. Ya the pulley removel(sp) would have been easy but I only have use of my left arm/hand so wrenching for me can be difficult at times. That belt has put me in tears before sense I know someone with two abled hands could do it in 5-10 minutes i gave up after 2 hours the first time I put a belt on that car.
It did not seem to make that "rattle" after I fiddled with the pulley. It would be a faint noise but there none the less when hot, so maby I fixed it working the tentioner. I'll know for sure first crank in the morning, as that is when it is the noisiest
