automatic headlights
Have 2002 f150 super crew. Automatic headlights do not work. fuse blows each time they come on. replaced fuse with 10 amp instead of 5 amp, but still blows. Same fuse controls automatic door locks. I disabled door locks as per owner's manual. fuse still blows. What should I try next?

I am assuming that the lights work ok manually?
It could be a bad Gem module that has possibly gotten wet from a small windshield leak.
Look for signs of rust on the back of the fuse panel . The Gem module is behind that.
