Help, tranny/speedo coupling
It seems that I am leaking quite a bit of fluid out of the speedometer cable where it goes into the C-O-M. What needs to be done to correct this problem as it is as tight as it will ever be...?

The biggest possibility wll be the O-ring around the piece that slides into the transmission. easily repaired. the other possibility will be a separation where the cable meets the head that goes into the tranny. have never heard of this happening but it may be a possibilty if it has been bent around enough to weaken it. dutch
