4" lift question

4" lift question

I'm running 305/65-17's and I'm thinking about a 4" lift. Would I need bigger tires? Anybody with that set up and pictures?

I was running 305/70/16s on my stock F250. I did a 4" Super Lift and they looked too small for me. I went with 315/70/16s and was pretty happy. Pics are in my gallery, no pics of the lift with 305s.
