Rail Noise

My '04 SCREW Lariat is experiencing some noise when I power slide the driver's seat back and forth. I realize maybe this is the seat's way of telling my fat *** to loose some weight, but hey what can ya do? Anyway, would some WD40 work alright or is there some form of greese or silicone that would work better?

Something as thin as WD-40 wouldn't last very long in there...I'd suggest some kind of grease. You can pick up a small tube of general purpose grease at any auto parts store for a few bucks, and that should do the trick.
