Ok folks, I have an 06 F250 PSD. I have gone with the Hypertech at stage 3. I have installed 4 inch exhaust from turbo back. Straight pipe - no cat or muffler. I guess the next move would be changing out the stock air filter and assembly. Give me some suggestions. By the way the exhaust change brought noticable improvement and the sound is addictive.
Later.

Have you added gauges yet? Pyrometer (EGT), trans temp, boost or water temp would be an excellent idea if you tow or race.
A coolant filter is a great idea, Dieselsite carries a good one, I installed theirs on my PSD.
Replacing the factory air filter has been discussed MANY times in the 6.0 Forum so you can get a huge amount of information, and arguments, in there. I kept the stock Donaldson synthetic air filter system as it flows very well and provides clean air for the turbo. You may want to search for the 'Zoodad' mod in the 6.0 Forum as well.
Yes you hit it on the nose. Now that you have added more fuel to the cylinders, adjusted the timing, etc for more power with the Hypertech, and you have opened up the exhaust, you need to let more air in and improve the flow. My suggestions would be the AIRAID filter or the Air Intake systems from BD. Secondly, you might look at the Turbo Air Guide (TAGII) and Exhaust Air Guide from Diesel Power Products. You can get more information on these items from our website.
