302 cam help

I'm building a 302/C6 for my '53 F100.It's a'75 302 with ported 351w heads.I've installed screw in studs ,Keith Black flattop hyper pistons and considering a Comp Cam XE-268H cam.The truck will not be a daily driver, just weekend fun and truck shows.I plan on 2000rpm or so stall convertor.I faxed COMP CAMS over a week ago and had no answer.Do you think i will have enough piston to valve clearance and is this to much cam.I want a good sounding cam and have a High Energy 268h in another truck and it has very little lope and i want more with this one. What do you guys think?THANKS

All combinations are different. To really know what your valve clearance will be, you have to put the engine together and tempoarily install the heads with head gaskets. Before you put the heads on, put clay on top of the pistons. Then take it apart and measure the thickness of the clay of top of the pistons.
