bogging

i was boggin the other day and when back on the road i heard like something was sparking or cracking what do you guys think

you gotta be more specific

1. What truck do you have? Motor? Tranny?
2. Wheres the sound coming from?
3. Have you driven it since then and does it still do it?
4. Did you wash the truck off and did that solve the problem?

i have a 1985 f-150 351w idont know what tranny it sounds like its coming from the tranny i drove it today but no cracking sound
