Good 300 Cheap
Runs like a swiss watch - doesn't burn a drop of oil. Probably good for at least another 100K.
I just hate to see a good 300 go to the yard. I replaced all valves and installed bronze guides about 30k ago.
Also converted to Duraspark and NEW, not rebuilt, non-feedback carb with manual choke.
It's in an 85 Bronco, 3 SP OD 3:55 rear - was a daily driver until recently.
The Bronco is not terminal but does have typical rust all around.
Passenger side caliper stuck on me about 3 weeks ago. I unstuck it. It is drivable.
But - Front brakes need attention. And; Steering box has recently developed a leak.
No other issues.
Got three other vehicles just ain't got time for it - Sniff....Sniff
