I just purchased a 1991 F250 X-cab 4wd with the TTB front end. I was looking at the front leafs and noticed that the front shackle kind of looks like that if you wanted to, you could make or buy a longer shackle to lift the front end a couple of inches. with the addition of rear 2" blocks, a drop pitman arm and new shocks it seems that I could clear 35s. Did anyone ever try this type of shackle lift? Is it worth the effort? What would I need to do to the TTB to keep things in line?
