03 F-150 Lean code

03 F-150 Lean code
I have a 2003 F-150 with a 5.4 that I bought used with 35K.
Bank 1 lean code has been the problem.
Dealer changed 1 O2 device on drivers side.
Checked for vacume leaks.
I replaced fuel filter, MAF, PCV and a few Vac lines just because.
Service light back on and have not had codes read yet.
Any Ideas would be very helpfull.
Also, I'm a newbey to the site as well as the chatt thing.
The site looks like a great place to be.
