i bought my 03 expy in september of 2006. i installed 4 new wrangler rt/s as the conti's were just about gone. i have since added about 18k miles with no issues. my new job has 4 michelin ltx m/s take-offs with hardly any(literally) mileage on them that they are GIVING me. should i install them now and put my rt/s in my basement, or leave the rt/s on there and install the ltx when i need new tires? do the michelins ride any better? tia.
I have the Michelins on my 99 and they are way better than the Wranglers. I still have the Wranglers on my Expy and very soon those are coming off and BF All Terrian's are going on.
It up to you. Even though my truck and Expy ride totally different on the highway I couldn't give you a straight answer on the ride part. For moderate off roading the Michelins were great coming off the lake in the winter. ( better than the Wranglers on the Expy ).
