Front brake drums?

Front brake drums?
I now have a new issues with my brakes on 75 crew cab closed knucle dana 60. The mechanic says someone put on 2 inch drums when I should have 2.5 inch. He says the only aftermarket 2.5 inch are $100+ each.
I do have a part truck 75 F-250 camper special with rear drums. Would they be the same size?
What other options are there?
Is that size drum specific to Dana 60 closed knuckle?
