utica boilermaker
anyone in here run the 30th annual utica boilermaker ? it's the largest 15 k ( 9.3miles) in the nation. runners from all over come to this thing. it's my second year running it and i must say it's a blast. over 12,000 entered, 10,882 finished. i still have alot of training to do considering those kenyans are twice as fast as me lol. i finished 3,154 and did it in 1:19:08 averaging a 8:30 minute mile....anyone else care to share their times/experiences....
