Ive seen heavy duty ones in a fourwheeler article. They were orange. (Yes I read the fourwheeler mags for the articles and not just the pics.lol) I dont remember the manufacturer tho. Maybe check with the guys in the off-road forum.

Try Dyna-trac. They make a lot of after market parts for Dana-60 front diffs.

The orange ones are from a company called "dedenbear".
They run about $500.00
Very strong.

From what Ive heard Chevy or Dodge D60 knuckles are more desireable because of the stronger casting. Im not sure if it requires any modification though. I did see a set of 79 ford d60 knuckles on ebay today also
