roar in reverse
My truck has did this ever since I bought it. If I just let the clutch out and let it idle, no roar. If I let the clutch out and give it gas, it roars. Not shure if it's in the tranny or rear end. Any idea's? All foreward gears work fine with no roar.

Reverse is usally noisy because they are straight cut gears (noisy) vs. the forward gears are helical cut(quiet).
