Is there a right or wrong way to install? I installed mine with the in & out lines at the top, and have seen pictures posted by others with them feeding from the bottom.
Reason I ask is today was 102 outside temp, and my tranny temp was showing about 135 degrees. I want every advantage when I pull that big *** 5th up hill next month.
Flipping it over is easy to do if it would be more efficent. (instructions didn't say or show anything) . . . Or I'm just blind.
The only reason mine are at the bottom was I was lazy to put them to the top. With them at the top, there should be no air left in the cooler once it starts up. I actually laid min flat while it idled a while to purge all the air out. I don't really know if it did any benefit or not, but it made me feel better. With your above temps, I think you'll be just fine.
