starting when engine is cold

This has been pissing my off now. My bronco is a 94 and when ever I start it when im going to work. It starts and then idels up then check engine light flashes two times and then it idels at 2000rpm (give or take) then it goes higher not much then like not too long after maybe a min or two it goes to 1000 rpm then like a min later it will go to 600-750 rpm. What can it be someone told me it might be the iac valve and I replaced it and it still does it. Could it be a o2 sensor and or computer?

It Sound Like To Me That Ur Intake Manifold Ports Or Carboned Up. The Only Way I Know To See If Thats The Problem Is To Removed The Throdle Body And See The Small Air Ports. My Dads Truck Had A Clater Noise The Passing Others Or Just Going To Full Pedal To Metal
