No Power
Ok, this is my first question. I am a paramedic and my ambulance is a 99 F-350 with the 7.3L Power Stroke. I personally own a 2000 F-250. My ambulance falls on its face to the speed of about 2mph when first started. Once it warms up though it is fine with no problems. Any ideas?

Let me elaborate a bit more on the problem. When you first start the truck, for about 30-45 seconds the truck is stuck at idle speed. Then the truck is very sluggish for about 100 yards or so. After that it runs like a loaded F-350. The truck has about a 2,000 lbs. box on it. My personal truck does not have this issue at all.
