It is dead
The remote lock is dead. Both keys chain pads won't work. New batteries don't help. Reprogramming efforts fail. What is wrong? Computer? Module? What is the fix?

What year truck?
2001 or earlier = GEM - above fuse panel under the dash
2002 or later = VSM - behind center of dash
