5.6 L ENGINE
RECENTLY PURCHASED 2002 F 150 5.4l . eXTREME ENGINE VIBRATION AT 1400-1600RPM.
New engine installed. Problem not solved. Converter not the problem. Vibration is exacerbated under driving conditions. Most noticeable in neutral when revved to 1500 rpm. District rep says level of vibe is acceptable, "they all do that". HELP! Wish to avoid arbitration.

If it does it in neutral, car parked, it can't be anything beyond the transmission output shaft.
However, there is more behind the torque converter and in front of the output shaft. How about the transmsission pump?
Then there are other things, but they should have been taken care of: Motor mounts? Vibration Dampener (Harmonic Balancer)?
Any chance any of the accessories could produce your vibe?
