Check engine light!!!
My Check Engine light comes on while holding a lower RPM, and when I go to take off, it hesitates, then jumps. What could be causing it?? Could it be a sensor?? Just changed the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. It did this before I changed them, and it's still doing it. Please Help!! 88 F350 with EFI 460.

Yes, it very likely could be a sensor. But you will need to get those computer codes read to find out what is going on. You can buy one fairly reasonable at your local auto parts store or head into your favorite shop and have them do it for you. Around here the charge is close to fifty bucks.

Check engine light!!!
I know that I have a slow thought process but, atleast on my 77 mercury monarch the check engine light means that the oil pressure is low, so I hope it is just the sensor
