rear window switch

I m sorry if this has already been done but I couldnt come up with anything in a search.
Is there an easy way to wire the interior rear window switch so that it is Hot all the time so I dont need a key to get in the back. (and is this a stupid idea?)

Not a bad idea but you can always put the rear glass down with the key without even getting back into the truck. At any rate, if you want to be able to do as you mentioned, you simply need to move the power feed (CB 12 or 14 can't recall which is the interior switch right now) to the battery side of the ignition switch. This will entail running a separate wire from either the battery/start solenoid or power distro under the hood depending upon what model year your Bronco is. and then putting the circuit breaker in that line rather than where it is in the fuseblock. the last step is to send the power on to the switch by tapping into the "load" side of the fuseblock where the CB used to be so that the power now feeds through to the switch. This way you avoid having to tear into the dashboard to get at the wiring at the back of the switch too.
