Squeal from underneath.

Hello all, I know its been awhile since I have been around. Question that I have is that I have a 1999 f-150 4x4 5.4l and I have a squeal from around the rear u - joint when in drive and traveling forward. There is no grease fitting on the u - joint and it is the original. Any help with this matter would be appreciated. Thanx in advance. Scott
