Changing spark plugs

Anything to look out for when changing the spark plugs? My truck doesn't want to start all the time. Does each plug have it's own coil?

Sometimes it starts and then dies immediately. Maybe the IAC?

Good chance it may be the IAC and yes, each plug has a coil. There are plenty of posts with pictures of a plug change.
