Gosh, this is such an easy question to answer:
Grab truck. Turn upside down, and shake gently.
There, now wasn't that easy?

Oh, you can't do that? Neither can I. There is no shortcut. Just
disconnect everything-hoses/wires/linkages/driveshaft/speedo cable/fuel lines/ etc. Disengage hood. Hook engine to hoist. BIG HOIST for a TD. Remove.
